i know donating blood is serious business, but seriously, do you have to sound so mean and rude about those who should not donate blood?

reading your website, i just don't even want to consider donating blood anymore! if you want my blood, hey, be nice about it ok.... *tsktsktsk*

and why is it that people who've spent more than three months in the UK between 1980 to 1996 can't donate blood??? i dun get it......

You can't donate blood if you spent time in the UK during that period because of the risk of BSE or "Mad Cow Disease"
